BalleCore On-the-Move
BalleCore-on-the-Move, a 55-minute class that is anything but routine! This class offers a more energetic and advanced variation of the BalleCore Workout joining together elements of Pilates, Hatha Yoga and Ballet with music. Like the signature class, we start on the mat to condition and connect to crucial muscle groups through innovative and challenging floor-work. The difference is that we spend more total class time on the Static and Dynamic Standing Exercises and Balletic Movement Variations.
The suppleness and agility that are developed through the elegant lines and symmetry in the body are a direct result of ballet as an athletic art form. On our feet we make good use of the portable, lightweight BalleCore Barre both to give support and to meet and surpass our expectations of balance and coordination! And, like the signature BalleCore Workout, there are no dance combinations to memorize so you can move at your own pace, allowing for a spirited training experience!
