BalleCore Postnatal

Postnatal BalleCore is an ideal way to get a woman’s body back in shape, with special care. Preparing the mind and body for exercise after the birth of a child is recognized by our trained BalleCore instructors. We understand the birth of a child is a joyous time, but we also realize that fatigue, sleep deprivation, and caring for the rest of your family can result in inconsistent or unfulfilling exercise.

Postnatal BalleCore zones in on strengthening the center of your body, clears your mind and motivates you to continue exercising while truly enjoying the experience.

Postnatal BalleCore offers:

  • Additional moves to strengthen the core, hips and lower back
  • Opens up tight areas in the neck, shoulders and upper back
  • Calms the mind to help you tune inward
  • Energizes the mind and body through balanced, dynamic moves
  • Improves body awareness through correcting body placement

The 55-minute BalleCoreŽ  Workout integrates three tried and true mind-body disciplines; Pilates, Hatha  Yoga and Classical Ballet.
