BalleCore Prenatal
BalleCore is the perfect regimen to prepare your body for pregnancy and remain flexible and strong
while you are carrying your baby. During pregnancy, a women's body is undergoing so many physiological changes! Our trained and certified BalleCore Prenatal/Postnatal instructors understand
that exercise throughout pregnancy should be enjoyable and strive to relieve the side effects that
may be happening to participants during this time such as backache, fatigue, and swelling.
Prenatal BalleCore will focuses on toning specific areas that will help with the rigors of labor and
delivery such as:
- Pelvic floor muscles and abs
- Upper back and shoulder area
- Thighs, hips and buttocks
- Postural changes and overall balance
Women are encouraged to listen carefully to their bodies. Putting safety first allows the mother to
focus on herself and her growing baby. Our Prenatal BalleCore promises to create a comfortable
environment for the new mother and mother-to-be!
Note: If you are not already training in BalleCore or Pilates prior to conception, it is not recommended that
you start now. However, BalleCore is perfectly suited for postnatal recovery regardless of prior experience. |
